Crossing the Line 2021 funded by Inspire Learning
Portland College, Mansfield
Young adults wanted to make a video highlighting bullying in special needs colleges.
We created a script together based on their actual experiences (well, maybe the warehouse scenes were a bit Tarantino / Line of Duty influenced!)
As well as thoroughly enjoying the film-making process the young people worked excellently as a team supporting each other in the planning, acting and production.
They developed employability skills such as teamwork and collaboration, problem solving, communication, resourcefulness, organisation and creativity.
