A Nottinghamshire based Community Interest Company of charismatic and qualified therapeutic practitioners
with many years’ experience delivering successful outcomes in mainstream, alternative and prison education
in addition to working in the music, arts and well-being industries
WHAT?
Through workshops, events and courses, we guide people to find their innate creativity and use their personal experiences to create engaging works of art; Whether performance, poetry, video, podcasts, songs, soundscapes or written content for social media, we only use minimal equipment and free software to demonstrate accessibility
WHY?
We know that many are yearning for emotional support and that everyone can engage in creative collaboration for personal wellbeing. We want people to believe in themselves and in turn help to create a fairer society
